Eastern Algeria has a growing number of structures supporting innovative project founders. Many of them exhibit every year at ACF, at the Sheraton Annaba. Here are those you can meet there.
In Annaba
The Annaba Innovation Center (AIC) supports startups and young innovative companies in the wilaya. Techno Annaba and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry are also useful entry points for local entrepreneurs.
University incubators
The region's universities have created their own incubators: the incubator of the 8 Mai 1945 University of Guelma, and the incubator and Business Accelerator of the Chadli Bendjedid University of El Tarf. The incubator of the National Higher School of Artificial Intelligence (ENSIA) was also at ACF 2026 with its startups.
In Constantine and the region
The Constantine Technopole and the El Tarf Entrepreneurship Development Centre complete this network. On the institutional side, ANADE, ANGEM and ANDPME support the creation and growth of small businesses.

- The sector: some incubators specialise (AI, agriculture, environment).
- The project stage: idea, prototype or first customers.
- The services: hosting, mentoring, training, introductions to funders.
- The network: partner companies, universities, investors.
