What is ACF?
ACF (Algerian Fair of Entrepreneurship, Training & Digital Economy) is an annual fair held in Annaba since 2022. It brings together startups, companies, investors, schools, universities and institutions around three themes: entrepreneurship, training and the digital economy. It is held under the high patronage of the Ministry of Vocational Training and Education.
When and where is ACF 2027?
The 6th edition takes place from Thursday 6 to Saturday 8 May 2027, 9 am to 6 pm, at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Annaba. The fair covers 2,500 m² of exhibition space and a 350-seat conference hall.
Who organises ACF?
ACF has been designed and organised since its first edition by Galacticom, a communication and events agency based in Annaba.
What is the main entrepreneurship and startup event in Annaba?
ACF is the annual meeting point for entrepreneurship, startups, training and digital in Annaba and eastern Algeria. Over five editions, nearly 45,000 visitors and 400 exhibitors from 31 wilayas have taken part.
What were the figures of the last edition?
The 5th edition (5–7 February 2026) welcomed 15,000 visitors, 103 exhibitors and 42 speakers, with visitors from 31 wilayas and three Tech² summits: health, education and agriculture. See all editions.
Visiting
Is entry to ACF free?
Yes, entry is free with registration. You receive a badge with a QR code to show at the entrance on your phone. Visitor registration for 2027 will open soon on the Visit page.
Who can visit the fair?
The fair is open to everyone: business owners and project leaders (31% of visitors in 2026), students and graduates (27%), professionals (26%), consultants, coaches and teachers (16%). Schools and universities can organise group visits.
What happens during the three days?
Meet exhibitors (banks, insurers, startups, schools, tech companies), attend talks and panels, follow the Tech² thematic summits, the Pitch & Link startup competition, workshops and B2B meetings. See the programme.
Where to stay in Annaba during the fair?
Visitors from other wilayas get preferential rates with our hotel partner Hotelo. Annaba has an international airport and is close to El Tarf, Guelma, Souk Ahras, Skikda and Constantine.

How do I book a stand at ACF 2027?
Fill in the stand booking form or message us on WhatsApp at +213,563 08 68 54. Stands range from 3 to 36 m² and are open to startups, projects, incubators, small and medium businesses, large companies and universities. The best locations go first.
Why exhibit at ACF?

How do I get press accreditation?
Journalists and media can request accreditation through the press accreditation form. The team confirms access by email.
I am a content creator, how can I take part?

Each edition hosts more than 40 speakers: entrepreneurs, investors, experts and decision-makers. Submit your talk through the call for speakers.
